Kano Governor Abba Yusuf Backs Tinubu for 2027 Election

On Wednesday, Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf urged residents to support President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid for the 2027 general elections. He made this appeal during a presentation of a certificate of return to newly elected member of the House of Representatives, Rabi U.

In a statement issued by his spokesman, Sunusi Batur, Yusuf highlighted the importance of a cordial relationship between the Kano State Government and the federal government, asserting that such collaboration has yielded positive results for the people of Kano.

He expressed confidence that Tinubu deserves overwhelming support due to his commitment to the development of Kano and Nigeria at large. Yusuf called on political leaders and stakeholders to remain united and strengthen their partnership to benefit the citizens.

He congratulated Nagogo on his victory and reaffirmed his administration's commitment to working with the federal government to implement policies aimed at improving the living conditions of the people.
