Kano Governor Urges Mobilization for Tinubu in 2027

On a recent Sunday, Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf instructed his political appointees to intensify efforts to mobilize three million votes for Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in the upcoming 2027 general elections. This directive was conveyed through a statement signed by his special adviser on public affairs, Ahmad Muhammad Aruwa.

Governor Yusuf emphasized the importance of grassroots mobilization to secure a decisive victory for the APC across Kano State in the forthcoming elections. He commended the national women leader of the Citi Boi Movement, Hajiya Ummul Salama Isyaka Rabiu, for organizing an empowerment program that aligns with the state government's initiatives to improve the welfare and livelihood of residents.

Additionally, he called on the people of Kano State to support the APC candidate in the 2027 elections, asserting that the party remains firmly positioned to retain political dominance in the state.
