Kebbi Governor Fulfills 95% of Campaign Promises

On Wednesday, Kebbi State Commissioner Yakubu Ahm reported that Governor Dr. Nasir Idris has fulfilled 95% of his campaign promises, emphasizing a people-oriented development approach.

The governor's administration has made significant strides in infrastructure development, education, agriculture, and worker welfare. Ahm highlighted the establishment of the Ministry of Solid Minerals Development, which has attracted interest from five companies to invest in 25 to 30 different mineral deposits, potentially creating 40,000 direct and indirect jobs.

The governor has also focused on fixing township roads and enhancing agricultural potential. Key projects include constructing mega schools and vocational centers across the state, as well as general hospitals.

The administration aims to ensure the welfare of citizens and support local contractors. Alhaji Salisu Umar, Managing Director of Blueprint Newspaper, commended the governor's achievements and the need for effective communication of these successes beyond the state.
