Emir Sumaila Visits Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University VC

On a recent courtesy visit, Prof. Abdulrashid Garba Mondai, the Vice Chancellor of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Kano, welcomed Emir Sumaila, Alhaji Bello Muhammad Dan Sumaila.

During the visit, the Emir congratulated Prof. Mondai on his appointment as the pioneer Vice Chancellor of the university and commended the progress made under his leadership in a short period.

Mondai expressed appreciation for the Emir's visit and kind words, emphasizing the university's value in receiving support and goodwill from community leaders and stakeholders. The university, named in honor of Sheikh Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu, a prominent Islamic scholar and philanthropist, aims to expand access to quality higher education, particularly in Northern Nigeria, addressing the historical lack of opportunities for prospective students.
