Kwankwaso Urges Urgent Action on Oyo School Abduction

Rabiu Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State and presidential candidate for the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has publicly addressed the ongoing abduction of students and a teacher from a school in the Oriir local government area of Oyo State. In a statement posted on social media, Kwankwaso described the situation as disturbing, noting that the victims have spent an extended period in captivity and have missed precious moments, including recent festive celebrations with their families.

He called on the government to prioritize the urgent rescue of the abducted individuals and to take decisive steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Kwankwaso emphasized the need for urgent action to address Nigeria's security challenges, insisting that the dignity and sanctity of human life must be protected.
