Kwara Youths Praise Tinubu for New Army Division

Kwara youths expressed their support for President Bola Tinubu during a rally organized by the Coalition of Kwara Youth Organisations and the Arewa Youth Assembly in Ilorin, celebrating the creation of the new 9 Division of the Nigerian Army in the state. Ibrahim Funsho Saadu, President of the Coalition, stated that this development was a crucial response to local security concerns, emphasizing the need for public appreciation of efforts to protect lives and property.

Saadu noted that the division's establishment would not only bolster military presence but also create jobs, enhance security, and promote economic development in Kwara State. Aliyu Muhammad, Publicity Secretary of the Arewa Youth Assembly, described the creation of the division as historic, commending President Tinubu for expanding the Nigerian Army from eight to twelve divisions.

He highlighted the division's potential to improve military command, border security, and community safety. The youth organizations pledged support to the Nigerian Army, expressing optimism for lasting peace and development in the region.
