APM Names Grace Coker as Deputy Governorship Candidate

The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has selected Grace Oluwatobi Coker as its deputy governorship candidate for the upcoming 2027 Lagos State governorship election. Coker will run alongside the party's governorship candidate, Prince Laja Adeoye.

In her reaction to the nomination, Coker described the opportunity as both an honour and a responsibility, thanking God, the party leadership, supporters, and Lagos residents for their confidence in her. She expressed gratitude to Adeoye, whom she referred to as her leader and mentor, and committed to collaborating closely with him to advance the party's vision for Lagos State.

Coker acknowledged the support from various levels of the party and emphasized the importance of the campaign team's efforts. She also thanked her family and friends for their support throughout her political journey.

Coker pledged to provide purposeful leadership and work diligently if elected, offering Lagos residents a fresh alternative focused on accountability and sustainable development.
