Lagos Aspirant Ajo Vows 10M Votes for Tinubu in 2027

Dr. Samuel Ajo, an aspirant for the Lagos State governorship, declared his readiness to mobilize no fewer than 10 million votes for President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming elections scheduled for January 16, 2027.

Ajo made this announcement during a rally held at the Nigeria Police College in Ikeja on Wednesday. The rally, tagged SMA Gold Mobilization, aimed to gather support for Tinubu's anticipated second-term bid.

Ajo stated that his movement has begun door-to-door mobilization across the state and the South West geopolitical zone to ensure Tinubu's victory. He highlighted the importance of preventing a repeat of the 2023 electoral losses, particularly in the Badagry division, which he described as a significant contributor to Lagos State's economy.

Ajo also urged the APC leadership to consider the unique results from Badagry in their strategies. The rally featured various leaders, including traditional and religious figures, showcasing broad support for Ajo's leadership and mobilization efforts.
