Lagos Re-Arraigns Kidnapper Evans Over Police Officers' Murder

Lagos State has re-arraigned the infamous kidnapper, Evans, alongside his co-defendant, Joseph Emeka, for the alleged murder of two police officers. The arraignment took place at the Lagos High Court in Ikeja before Justice O.

Ogala. The prosecution accuses the defendants of being responsible for the death of the officers during criminal operations.

Evans, who is a convicted kidnapper, has undergone significant transformation in prison, pursuing education and expressing willingness to surrender assets. His lawyer, Emefo Etudo, highlighted Evans' repentance and academic achievements, seeking leniency from the court.
