LASTMA Busts 'One-Chance' Gang, Recovers Stolen Phones in Lagos Raid

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) conducted a successful raid on a notorious 'One-Chance' robbery syndicate operating under the Ijora Bridge in Lagos. A total of 77 stolen mobile phones, two POS machines, wristwatches, and other valuables were recovered during the operation led by Adebayo Taofiq.
The joint inter-agency operation involved the Nigerian Police Force, Lagos State Task Force, LAGESC, and the Nigerian Army. Preliminary investigations revealed that the Ijora Bridge area had long served as a criminal enclave accommodating miscreants and illegal traders.
