LASU Graduate Sets Record with Outstanding CGPA

Mohammed Eniola Eletu, a recent graduate from the Department of Mass Communication at Lagos State University (LASU), set a new record by achieving a CGPA higher than the previous highest of 4.73. He emerged as the best graduating student in his department.

In an exclusive interview, Eletu discussed the significance of his achievement and the inspiration behind his choice to study Mass Communication, driven by his dream of pursuing journalism. Despite facing financial challenges, including difficulties in affording hostel fees and other expenses, he managed to pay his school fees and maintain excellent academic performance without failing any courses.

Eletu's accomplishments were recognized alongside other high-achieving graduates, some of whom received awards from Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. His story reflects the determination and resilience of students striving for academic excellence.
