LeBron James' 21-Year All-Star Starting Streak Ends in NBA Selection Surprise

LeBron James, a player for the Los Angeles Lakers, will not be starting in the NBA All-Star Game for the first time in 21 years. The 41-year-old had been a starter every season since 2005 until this year's exclusion.

The starters for the game include Luka Doncic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Stephen Curry, Nikola Jokic, and Victor Wembanyama for the Western Conference, and Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jalen Brunson, Cade Cunningham, Tyrese Maxey, and Jaylen Brown for the Eastern Conference. James missed out on selection this season due to a sciatica injury that sidelined him for the first 14 games.

Despite his return and impressive performance, he was not chosen as a starter. The upcoming All-Star Game will feature a new format with a three-team round-robin tournament to intensify competition and attract fans.
