LeBron James Breaks NBA All-Time Field Goal Record

On Thursday night, LeBron James achieved a significant milestone by breaking the NBA all-time field goal record, surpassing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's long-standing record of 15,837 field goals. James, who is currently in his 23rd season and already holds the record for all-time scoring, made this historic shot with a fadeaway jumper in the first quarter.

He finished the game with 16 points, despite experiencing a brief injury scare when he fell onto a cameraman late in the fourth quarter. The Los Angeles Lakers, however, lost the game to the Denver Nuggets with a score of 120-113.

Nikola Jokić of the Nuggets delivered an impressive performance, recording a triple-double with 28 points, 13 assists, and 12 rebounds. The Lakers currently hold the sixth position in the Western Conference, two games behind the Nuggets.

Other notable performances included Victor Wembanyama scoring 38 points for the San Antonio Spurs and Cooper Flagg reaching 1,000 career points.
