Fubara: Legacy Projects to Boost APC in Rivers Elections

On Wednesday, Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara inaugurated the 14.5-kilometre Agba-Ndele Road and a 239.4-metre bridge, linking Emohua and Abua/Odual Local Government Areas. Fubara asserted that these legacy projects would provide the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates with a significant advantage in the forthcoming general elections, allowing them to campaign effectively on the achievements of his administration.

He emphasized the importance of these projects in improving the lives of residents and addressing challenges posed by the old Abua Road. Fubara noted that the bridge project, initially initiated by a previous administration, was crucial for community benefit and governance continuity.

He urged local government chairmen, Chidi Lloyd and Owolobi Michael Ofori, to protect these government projects and appealed to residents and traditional rulers to ensure their maintenance. Fubara reiterated his commitment to delivering impactful projects that add value to the community rather than merely completing infrastructure for its own sake.
