Pochettino Reflects on English Football and Chelsea Exit

Mauricio Pochettino, the former Chelsea coach, shared his feelings about missing English football and reflected on his experiences in the Premier League. He acknowledged his three separate spells in the league and his five-year tenure at Tottenham Hotspur, where he guided the team to the Champions League final in 2019.

Pochettino's recent stint at Chelsea ended in May 2024 by mutual consent after just one season. He confirmed that he had considered a return to Tottenham but ruled it out last summer.

Currently, Tottenham is battling to avoid relegation with seven games remaining, and the club is in search of a permanent manager. Pochettino also mentioned the upcoming 2026 World Cup, which will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, indicating his interest in the national team as they prepare for the tournament.
