MC Oluomo Advises Akeem Amid Mushin Leadership Dispute
On October 8, during a condolence visit to the family of the late community leader Alhaji Taoreed Faronbi, popularly known as Baba Alado, MC Oluomo, the boss of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), addressed the ongoing succession controversy in Mushin. The dispute arose after NURTW boss Sego claimed that Baba Alado had authorized him to appoint the next Olori, or leader, of Mushin.
In light of these tensions, MC Oluomo delivered a strong message to Baba Alado's son, Akeem, advising him not to engage in public debates regarding the leadership succession. Instead, he encouraged Akeem to concentrate on his family and personal responsibilities during this challenging time.
