Media Experts Stress Ethics and Tech Skills for 2026

Dr. Chike Mgbeadichie, Director of the Media Innovation Programme and Head of the Department of Communication, Media and Cultural Studies at the Pan-Atlantic University School of Media and Communication in Lagos, stated that media professionals in 2026 must integrate moral integrity, technological competence, and an understanding of the media's societal role. He noted that ethical reporting is critical in today's media landscape.
