Miss World Nigeria 2026 Arrives Vietnam for Pageant

Karibi-George, the newly crowned Miss World Nigeria 2026, has arrived in Vietnam to represent Nigeria at the ongoing 73rd Miss World Festival. The 26-year-old from Port Harcourt, Rivers State, was crowned at the Balmoral Hall of the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos, winning against 20 finalists.

Although she represented Bayelsa State in the national competition, she is originally from Port Harcourt. Known as Soye, she is an advocate for children with special needs and the founder of Beyond Labels, which promotes inclusion and empowerment for these children.

Prior to her current title, she won Miss Africa International 2024 in Accra, Ghana. Karibi-George expressed her commitment to representing Nigeria's culture and advocating for her initiative in a Facebook post before her departure.

In Vietnam, she is participating in various festival activities, where contestants are evaluated on multiple criteria, including communication skills and commitment to social causes.
