Salah Scores Twice in Trabzonspor's 2-1 Victory

On August 23, Mohamed Salah made an impressive debut for Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig, scoring twice in a 2-1 victory against Istanbul Basaksehir. The 34-year-old forward opened the scoring in the 8th minute after capitalizing on an error by Basaksehir goalkeeper Muhammed Sengezer.

Salah's shot deflected off the post and crossed the line, giving Trabzonspor an early lead. However, Basaksehir equalized in the 19th minute through a penalty converted by Eldor Shomurodov.

Salah regained the lead for Trabzonspor just three minutes into the second half with a first-time finish from around 10 yards, following a move involving Enis Muçi. Despite a late disallowed goal for offside, Salah's two goals secured the victory, demonstrating his potential impact in the league.
