MTN Launches 2026 Global Graduate Programme Applications

MTN has announced the opening of applications for its 2026 Global Graduate Programme, a graduate development initiative designed to identify, develop, and accelerate talented graduates across its operations in Africa and the Middle East. The program offers successful candidates practical work experience, formal training, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, fostering skills necessary for long-term careers in the telecommunications industry.

Participants will benefit from a fast-tracked development experience that combines formal learning through the MTN Academy with on-the-job training and placement in strategically aligned roles. MTN will provide training through three regional learning centers located in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, incorporating blended learning experiences.

Successful candidates will engage in job rotations, receive mentoring and coaching, and interact with executive committees. Applicants must provide proof of NYSC completion and possess a valid international passport, demonstrating a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
