MTN Nigeria and PMI Launch Skills Roadshow for Students

MTN Nigeria, in partnership with the Project Management Institute (PMI), initiated the "Live 100 Campus" roadshow aimed at equipping Nigerian university students with essential skills for emerging career opportunities. The roadshow commenced at Delta State University in June and will continue to Ekiti State University from July 15-17, followed by visits to Ahmadu Bello University, Abia State University, Lagos State University, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto University, and the University of Calabar until the end of the year.
The program is designed to connect students with the digital economy, emphasizing skills in artificial intelligence, project management, and leadership. PMI's Sub-Sahara Africa Managing Director, Georg Asamani, stated that the initiative aims to prepare students for a rapidly evolving job market.
The roadshow expects to engage around 20,000 students, providing career empowerment sessions and introducing PMI's globally recognized certification pathways, including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and AI-focused courses.
