MWID Trains Officers on Ethical Communication for Service

The Lagos State Ministry of Waterfront Infrastructure Development (MWID) organized a two-day capacity-building program aimed at training middle-level officers on ethical communication to enhance service delivery. The training, held at the secretariat in Alausa on a Friday, focused on various critical areas, including job enhancement, effective communication, workplace ethics, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and dedication to duty.

Mr. Dayo Bush Alebiosu described the initiative as a routine workshop that provides opportunities for team bonding and strategic collaboration, essential for achieving effective service delivery.

ESV Adebayo Wasiu Olayinka emphasized the need for participants to engage actively and embrace continuous learning. The program was coordinated by Mr.

Akintund Akintey, who commended the support from the governor and deputy governor. Mr.

Musa Olaitan expressed appreciation for the leadership of the state government, pledging to improve service delivery. This initiative reflects MWID's commitment to professional development and aligns with the Lagos State government's drive for excellence in civil service performance.
