NAF Airstrikes Neutralize Terrorists in Borno State

On July 10, 2026, the Nigerian Air Force conducted precise airstrikes in the Yaganari and Gezuwa areas of Borno State, targeting a terrorist enclave. According to a statement from the Director of Public Relations and Information at the Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodam, the operation followed credible intelligence regarding renewed terrorist activities in the region.

The air component carried out intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance missions that confirmed the presence of terrorist structures and a logistics hub. Subsequent airstrikes led to the destruction of the terrorist infrastructure and the neutralization of several terrorists.
