NAHCO Appoints Wolemi Esan and Dr. Omodayo-Owotuga to Board

NAHCO Aviance has announced the appointment of Wolemi Esan and Dr. Julius B.

Omodayo-Owotuga as non-executive directors. This decision follows the retirement of two long-serving directors, Akinwumi Godson Fanimokun and Taofeeq Oluwatoyin Salman, effective June 15 and June 30, 2026.

Wolemi Esan is a distinguished legal practitioner with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, complex commercial disputes, and regulatory matters. He has advised on significant infrastructure projects and holds degrees from Lagos State University and University College London.

Omodayo-Owotuga is a highly accomplished finance and governance expert with extensive leadership experience in Nigeria's power and oil sectors. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Oxford and has served in various senior roles, including Deputy CEO of Geregu Power PLC.

The announcement was made via the Nigerian Stock Exchange by company secretary Bello Abdullahi.
