Nasarawa Communities Decry Abandonment of Road Project Six Years After Inauguration

Nasarawa communities in Obi Local Government Area are disappointed by the abandonment of a 22-kilometer road project initiated six years ago by Governor Abdullahi Sule. The project, aimed at linking villages, remains incomplete, causing security challenges and hindering residents' access to farms and workplaces.

Piu Akuba and Solomon Joshua highlighted the poor state of the road, with Akuba urging the state government to investigate the stalled project. Despite assurances of completion, the road remains unattended, affecting the livelihoods of residents.
