Nigerian Bar Association Threatens Court Boycott Over Delay in Bright Ngene's Appeal

The NBA's Executive Council has approved the formation of a committee to liaise with the Chief Judge of Enugu State to expedite Ngene's appeal process.

Chidi Aroh, Osato Uwagbo, Emeka Obegolu, and Abdul Muham. The NBA emphasizes the importance of protecting the rights of legal practitioners and ensuring fair and timely judicial processes.

Failure to adhere to the two-week deadline may lead to the NBA's Enugu branch initiating a court boycott. The NBA underscores its commitment to defending its members and upholding due process within the judicial system.
