NCPC Promotes 57 Staff After 2026 Examination Success

The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) has successfully completed its 2026 promotion exercise, resulting in the elevation of 57 staff members across various grade levels. The promotion examination took place on April 1, 2026, and was approved by the Executive Secretary, Bishop Prof.

Stephen Adegbit, with subsequent ratification by the commission's board. Among those promoted, two deputy directors advanced to the rank of director, and two assistant directors were elevated to deputy director positions.

Notably, Celestin Toruka was promoted to Director of Media and Public Relations, while Benedict Okoh became the Director of Mobilization. Bishop Adegbit visited the newly promoted staff at the NCPC headquarters in Abuja, reaffirming the commission's commitment to staff career progression.

He urged the beneficiaries not to be complacent after passing the promotion examination and encouraged them to pursue further professional and academic qualifications to improve themselves for future opportunities. He also emphasized the importance of diligence and loyalty to superiors while warning against indiscipline.
