NEPL and Seplat Energy Invest N100m in Education

NEPL and Seplat Energy's joint venture has invested over N100 million in school infrastructure and educational development, aiming to improve educational outcomes and nurture future leaders in Edo and Delta States. The recent Pearl Quiz competition attracted 476 secondary schools, culminating in a grand final that celebrated academic excellence and innovation among youth.

Notre Dame College, Ozoro emerged as the overall winner, receiving a championship trophy and N10 million for educational infrastructure. Henson Demonstrator School in Benin City placed second, earning N5 million, while Lumen Christi College secured third place with N3 million.

Samson Ezugwori, Chief Operating Officer of Seplat Energy PLC, emphasized the program's impact on 57,000 students and its focus on building confidence, discipline, and leadership skills. The event featured a showcase of STEAM innovations and practical solutions presented by students.
