Conhallplc and Regalins matched this performance with identical 10% gains, while Firstholdco added 8.38%—rising ₦10.05 to ₦130.00—suggesting positive investor sentiment toward financial holdings. McHichols contributed 9.52% appreciation, rounding out a strong cohort of five gainers with double-digit or near-double-digit returns.
Conversely, the insurance sector experienced pressure, with FTGInsure declining 10%—falling ₦0.26 to ₦2.34—and Veritaskap retreating 9.49%.
