Prof Oladele Balogun Inducted as NIM Fellow in Lagos

Prof Oladele Balogun, Special Adviser on Administration to Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, was inducted as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) at the 65th NIM Awards, Fellows and Spouses’ Day held in Lagos. Balogun stated that sustainable transformation relies on prioritizing people and culture over technology and strategy.

He noted that this recognition would enhance his capacity for organizational and institutional development, coming shortly after his induction into the Nigerian Academy of Letters. Commodore Abimbola Ayuba (retd.), President and Chairman of Council of NIM, urged the new Fellows to view their elevation as a call to greater service.

Dotun Adako, Group Head of Human Resources at BUA Group International, emphasized that sustainable organizational transformation requires fundamental changes in culture and operations, highlighting the necessity of combining strategic vision with empathy in leadership.
