NNPP Leadership Secures Injunction Against Rival Faction in Legal Battle

The NNPP leadership, under Dr. Ajuji Ahm, has secured an injunction from the Federal High Court in the FCT against Boniface Aneibonam's faction.

The court order restrains Aneibonam's group from organizing party congresses and using NNPP's name. INEC is also directed to cease recognizing Aneibonam's faction.

Ladipo Johnson, NNPP's National Public Secretary, expressed satisfaction with the court's decision, accusing Aneibonam of attempting to confuse the public. The injunction remains in place until the court makes a final determination.
