Sowore Criticizes Fani-Kayode's Political Stability

Omoyele Sowore, a Nigerian activist, criticized former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode, labeling him as an "unstable character" and asserting that no sane country would accept someone like him. This statement was made in reaction to reports about Fani-Kayode's redeployment to South Africa.

Sowore urged Nigerians not to take Fani-Kayode seriously. Additionally, Sowore addressed comments made by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, questioning his right to speak on political issues given his own political record.

Sowore argued that Akpabio's comments regarding the defection of former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi to another political party were inappropriate. He noted that political defections have become a common practice in Nigeria, often driven by personal interests rather than party principles, indicating a lack of ideological differences among major parties in the country.
