North West FA Chairmen Endorse Gusau for NFF Second Term

The six State Football Association Chairmen from Nigeria's North West geopolitical zone have thanked their counterparts across the country for their unanimous endorsement of Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau for a second term as President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) in the upcoming September 2026 NFF Presidential Election. This endorsement was acknowledged in a statement signed by the Chairmen from Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Kebbi, Jigawa, and Zamfara states.

They described the support from Chairmen across various zones, including North Central, North East, South East, South South, and South West, as a demonstration of unity and commitment to advancing Nigerian football. The North West Chairmen emphasized Gusau's transparent leadership and innovative approach, which they believe have contributed to the development of football in Nigeria.
