NPFL Partners with MBI for YouTube Live-Streaming

The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has entered into a significant partnership with Murphy Ben International (MBI) to live-stream matches on YouTube, a move aimed at transforming the consumption and promotion of Nigerian domestic football. The partnership was officially unveiled at a signing ceremony and will allow fans to watch selected live match coverage and delayed broadcasts on the NPFL's official YouTube channel, free of charge and in HD.

NPFL Chairman, Elegbeleye, emphasized that this initiative addresses the long-standing question of where to watch NPFL matches, stating, “There will be no more excuses of ‘I didn’t see the match.’” The agreement followed extensive discussions, including meetings in Abuja and a visit to MBI's headquarters in Lagos. The partnership is expected to create new revenue opportunities, enhance visibility for NPFL clubs, and provide players with a global platform.
