NSCDC Dismisses Senior Officers Over Misconduct

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has dismissed 38 senior officers and sanctioned 38 junior personnel for offenses ranging from gross misconduct to job racketeering. The disciplinary actions were taken following recommendations from the NSCDC leadership.

The aim is to reform and strengthen public confidence in the organization. The NSCDC spokesperson, Babawale Afolabi, disclosed this in a statement in Abuja.

Professor Ahm Audi emphasized the need for loyalty, discipline, and professionalism among NSCDC personnel.
