NYSC Sets August 5 for 2026 Batch B Stream II Orientation

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced that the orientation course for the 2026 Batch B Stream II will begin on August 5, 2026, and conclude on August 25, 2026. This orientation will take place simultaneously across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The announcement was made in a statement issued on Monday by the NYSC's Director of Public Relations, Carolin Emabu. Brig Gen Olakunle Nafiu, the Director General of NYSC, congratulated the prospective corps members who have completed their studies in higher institutions both within and outside Nigeria.

He advised these individuals to prioritize safety while traveling to the orientation camps and strongly urged them to avoid traveling at night. The announcement follows the successful conclusion of the 2026 Batch B Stream I orientation exercise, which was held nationwide from June 10 to June 30, with an exception in Niger State, where it took place from July 7 to July 27 due to damage sustained at the NYSC orientation camp in Kubwa, Abuja.
