NYSC Sets Orientation Dates for 2026 Batch B Stream II

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced that the orientation course for the 2026 Batch B Stream II will begin on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, and will run until Tuesday, August 25, 2026. This three-week orientation exercise will be conducted simultaneously across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

A statement issued by Caroline Emubu, the Director of Public Relations, indicated that the call numbers for prospective corps members have already been uploaded to the dashboard. The call letters will be released accordingly.

Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, the Director General of NYSC, congratulated the prospective corps members mobilized for the 2026 Batch B Stream II service year, emphasizing that they have successfully completed their studies at higher institutions within and outside Nigeria, qualifying them for national service. He also advised the corps members to ensure safe travels to the orientation camp and to avoid traveling at night, urging strict adherence to travel safety guidelines throughout their journey to the camp.
