Obafemi Martins Expands Business Empire in Nigeria

Obafemi Martins, the former Super Eagles and Inter Milan forward, has established a diverse business empire after retiring from professional football. His ventures include premium nightlife, real estate, fashion, and sports betting endorsements, with a reported net worth between $25 million and $35 million.

Martins operates under a parent company called 143, overseeing major hospitality investments, including Cosa Nostra Patron, an Italian-themed nightclub in Lagos, co-owned with his wife, Nadine Martins. The nightclub is valued at over ₦800 million.

He also owns BayRock Lifestyle, an upscale gentlemen's club in Lekki, and has built a significant real estate portfolio across prime Lagos locations, including a luxury apartment in Eko Atlantic City and a multi-million euro estate in Lake Como, Italy. In late 2024, he was named the global brand ambassador for PariPesa, an international online sports betting platform, marking a significant endorsement in his post-football career.
