APC Primaries in Delta State Conducted Peacefully

On Saturday, Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and Deputy Governor Mondai Onyem commended the peaceful conduct of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries held across the state. Oborevwori participated in the primaries for the Okpe Local Government Area and described the process as a reflection of unity and growth within the party.

He expressed gratitude to all participants for their commitment to the party's success in the upcoming 2027 elections. Onyem, who voted in the Ndokwa West Local Government Area, praised the exercise, particularly the use of the A4 voting system, which he deemed the best option for ensuring transparency.

Several candidates were declared winners, including Nnamdi Ezechi for the Okpe-Sapele-Uvwie Federal Constituency and Ramson Onoyak for the House of Representatives primaries. The primaries were noted for their peaceful atmosphere and high turnout, with no reports of violence, showcasing the party's strength and unity.
