Odidiomo Targets 250,000 Votes for 2027 Election

Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide Odidiomo, the Oyo South senatorial candidate of the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) and current House of Representatives member for Ibadan North-West/Ibadan South-West federal constituency, announced a target of 250,000 votes for the 2027 general election.

This declaration was made during a visit from the Odidiomo Movement, Ibadan North local government Teachers’ Forum, who expressed their support for his senatorial aspirations. Odidiomo stated that achieving this target would more than double the highest votes previously recorded in the district, which stands at about 115,000.

He emphasized the growing popularity of APM and the importance of winning Oyo South to secure victory for their governorship candidate, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi.

Additionally, he reaffirmed his loyalty to Governor Seyi Makinde, citing encouragement from notable political leaders to align with him for the benefit of Oyo State. Mr.

Olaide Samuel Olayinka, coordinator of the Odidiomo Movement, assured commitment to mobilizing support for Odidiomo's campaign.
