Odidiomo Seeks Support from Sabo Muslim Community

On Friday, Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajid Odidiomo, a member of the All Peoples Movement and a two-term lawmaker, sought the support of the Sabo Muslim community in Ibadan for his senatorial ambition to represent Oyo South in the upcoming 2027 general elections. He made this appeal shortly after observing the Friday Jumu'ah prayer at Sabo Central Mosque, where he addressed Islamic clerics and community leaders.

Odidiomo urged the Muslim community to not distance themselves from his aspirations, stressing the importance of mutual trust and his track record of service. He pledged that if given the opportunity, he would not disappoint them.

Additionally, he announced a donation of 10 million Naira towards the ongoing development of Sabo Central Mosque, describing this contribution as part of his commitment to promoting faith and community development. He called for continued political participation and peace among the community members.
