The allegations suggested that he was arrested in connection with the importation of a substantial quantity of cocaine-laced brownies from Mexico in 2025.

In response, Officer Woos's legal team characterized the reports as completely false and defamatory, asserting that no such arrest or investigation had occurred. They demanded a retraction and public apology from the content creator responsible for spreading the misinformation within 48 hours, warning of potential legal action for continued dissemination of these claims.
