OGSA Celebrates 50 Years with Golden Jubilee Events

Omoluorogbo Grammar School (OGSA) is preparing to celebrate its Golden Jubilee with a three-day program from October 29 to 31, 2026. The event will gather alumni, current and former teachers, parents, and other stakeholders from Nigeria and the diaspora.

Hon. Kayode Akinmade, Chairman of the 50th Anniversary Implementation Committee, stated that the celebration is an opportunity to recognize OGSA's achievements and emphasize the importance of preserving its legacy while investing in its future. He noted that despite infrastructural challenges, the school has continued to produce distinguished graduates.

The anniversary will include an Interdenominational Thanksgiving Service, history and heritage celebrations, reunion activities, career development sessions, and sporting events. The climax of the Golden Jubilee will be on October 31 with the official presentation and launch of the OGSA Legacy Project, aimed at strengthening the school's infrastructure and academic environment.
