Hon. Osoba Donates Transformers to Boost Community Power

Hon. Olumide Osoba, a member of the House of Representatives for Abeokuta North/Obafemi Owode Federal Constituency, donated four transformers to various communities in his constituency. The donation includes three 500kVA transformers and one 300kVA transformer, distributed within 48 hours.

This initiative aims to improve electricity supply, which has been a long-standing challenge for the communities, affecting small businesses and daily life. Beneficiary communities include Abul Oorun, Ibara, Oril Onisasa, Akoka Ebut, Ofada, Awo, and Bolohunduro Asegongo.

Community leaders expressed gratitude, describing the transformers as a symbol of renewed hope and improved living conditions. Chief Abdul Razak Araokanmi Solank noted that the transformers arrived shortly after community appeals for assistance.

Other community leaders, including Hon. Ibin Oladokun and Mr. Ogunbanwo Olugbemisola, commended Osoba's dedication to grassroots development and the positive impact of the donation on local welfare and economic growth.
