Oluwo Congratulates Adeleke, Urges Federal Alignment

Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, the Oluwo of Iwoland, congratulated Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke on his re-election victory, calling it a reflection of divine will and the people's choice. In a message on Sunday, Akanbi urged Adeleke to collaborate with the Federal Government led by President Bola Tinubu to enhance development in Osun State.

He noted that Adeleke's victory showcased the significant role of youth in governance, attributing his success to the mobilization of young supporters. The Oluwo emphasized the importance of not isolating the state from federal support, stating that such alignment would bring more development to various regions within Osun.

He also encouraged Adeleke to strengthen ties with the grassroots by visiting local government areas and organizing periodic meetings, referred to as "Apero." Furthermore, Akanbi urged the governor to govern inclusively and with magnanimity, wishing him health and wisdom for effective leadership.
