Ondo State High Court Judge Adeyeye Dies at 65

Justice Bamidel Fola Adeyeye, a distinguished jurist serving on the Ondo State High Court, died at the age of 65 on March 12, 2026. The announcement of his passing was made on Friday by the Chief Registrar of the Ondo State High Court, Mr.

Ayodeji Akinsanya, who conveyed deep sorrow and profound grief on behalf of the Ondo State Judiciary. Justice Adeyeye was noted for his integrity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to justice throughout his years of service on the bench, having been sworn in as a high court judge on September 8, 2011.

Born on January 16, 1961, he previously established a law firm, Fola Adeyeye & Co., in Okitipupa, Ondo State. The judiciary expressed that his contributions to the development of justice in the state would remain indelible, and they extended heartfelt condolences to his family, praying for divine fortitude to bear the loss.
