Osun APC Youths Launch Grassroots Campaign for 2026 Governorship Election

The All Progressives Congress (APC) youth wing in Osun West Senatorial District has inaugurated campaign committees in six local government areas to mobilize support for the upcoming 2026 governorship election in Osun State. The campaign, led by party leaders like Ademola Adeleke and Bola Oyebamiji, involves grassroots mobilization efforts targeting youth stakeholders and non-aligned voters in areas like Isokan, Irewol, Ejigbo, Egbedor, Ayedire, and Olaoluwa.

The campaign tour, which began in Isokan, includes door-to-door initiatives and prayer sessions for success. The APC youth leader, Peter Ogundeji, emphasized the importance of unity within the party to ensure victory in the forthcoming election.

The campaign aims to engage and mobilize voters across different local government areas, with a focus on sustaining grassroots engagement and ownership of the campaign. The mobilization efforts have received positive feedback from local leaders like Michael Odetund, the council chairman of Isokan.

The campaign activities are part of the broader political landscape gearing up for the Osun governorship election, with the Independent National Electoral Commission set to commence full political campaigns on March 11.
