APM Congratulates Adeleke on Osun Election Victory

The Allied People’s Movement (APM) congratulated Ademola Adeleke on his re-election as the Governor of Osun State in the August 15, 2026 governorship election. In a statement issued by its National Chairman, Dr Yusuf Mamman Dantalle, APM described the election outcome as a victory for the will of the people, emphasizing the importance of citizens determining their leaders through the ballot.

The party praised the people of Osun State for their commitment to democracy, particularly in the face of heightened political tension and unprecedented political violence surrounding the election. APM stated that the successful conclusion of the election demonstrated citizens' capacity to resist attempts to influence or disrupt the electoral process.
