Adeleke's Camp Denies Political Deal with Tinubu

The campaign council of Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State issued a statement denying any political deal with President Bola Tinubu. The denial was articulated by the council’s spokesperson, Pelumi Olajengbesi, on Sunday.

The council emphasized that Adeleke's support for Tinubu stems from the President's performance and reforms, not from any pre-arranged political agreement. This statement was a direct response to Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, who had congratulated Adeleke on his re-election and implied a private pact between the governor and the President.

The council urged that Keyamo's comments should not diminish the electoral choice made by Osun voters during the August 15 governorship election, asserting that there is no agreement and reaffirming that their support is based on Tinubu's economic strengthening reforms.
