Oyo APC Candidate Alli Unveils Running Mate for 2027

On Thursday, Senator Sharafadeen Alli, the Oyo APC governorship candidate, officially received his nomination form from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the 2027 governorship election. During the event, he unveiled Hon.

Adesoji Adedeji as his running mate. Adedeji, 46, is an economics graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University and the younger brother of Dr.

Zacch Adedeji, the Executive Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service. Oyo APC Chairman Mose Adeyemo urged party members to unite and work together to ensure victory in the upcoming elections.

Alli stressed the importance of unity within the party, stating that it would enhance their chances of serving the people effectively. He outlined priorities for his administration, including agriculture, youth empowerment, education, healthcare, and infrastructure development, aligning with President Bola Tinubu's agenda.

The event was attended by various party leaders and stakeholders, who pledged their support for the APC's efforts to reclaim power in Oyo State.
